Quiet and absolutely fabulous hotel with good wi-fi. Helpfulness of the staff. Lovely cooked and very very good breakfast with toast and also the orange juice - well worth the money. Not the cheapest one yet excellent value for money.

Polite people.
Excellent accommodation with cute setting close enough to the riverbank, the back garden and London. Incredible food combined with a good service.

Staff and location. All was great.
The rooms are airy and fabulous with garden, bath, as for instance. The location is stunning and amazing, 1 km from The Theatre. It is in a very very nice area. The restaurant attached makes delicious food.

Location excellent. The room we had was large overlooked the Thames on one side and the garden on the other. The history of the hotel was interesting and the food in the restaurant was good. Pleasant staff.

Comfortable Overnight Stay with Minor Hiccups
Enjoyed a cozy overnight stay. The complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were a lovely touch. Although water issues arose in the morning, the staff promptly offered assistance. Remember to arrive early if you need parking since there is limited availability on-site. Would recommend for a short getaway.

Good location; comfortable room and bed; excellent breakfast; reasonable weekend price; lovely terrace by Thames to sit, read paper, enjoy river traffic.
Faulty blind on one window- blind hook loose, had to wedge it in wall with paper and then wind blind cord around it to make the blind stay up. Only a minor issue. Would have been nice to have mosquito blind- info in room said insects liable to enter room at night if light left on. If we wanted to read in bed, with light on and have windows open, insects could have come in. Just a suggestion- they have these in mobile homes on campsites in France and Spain. Major problem- shower was virtually useless- a very poor rate of flow and temperature kept fluctuating without warning. We mentioned the blind problem and shower malfunction at Reception when checking out and the gentleman said he would refer the matters to Maintenance. If we don't tell you of a problem, with lots of rooms, you can't be expected to fix it!

Would recommend for a momentary visit
Clean room, spacious bed, with helpful staff who provided great local tips for exploring the area and served a delicious breakfast to start the day. Easy access to train services that connect directly to Central London made getting around easy.
Everything was up to par.

On arrival we ordered lunch in the restaurant and were served extremely good, freshly prepared food. We were very pleasantly surprised expecting, as the hotel was quiet at that time, to receive something microwaved. Breakfast was also copious and good quality. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant and the room was very comfortable. The price was reasonable and we enjoyed the situation of the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel or to use it again.
Our bathroom, although clean and spacious enough and with a good shower, needed some redecoration in places. The room did too. We were not particularly bothered as it was very clean and comfortable but other people might be.
